Quince preserves are from the Agrimontana line of fine products.  Only quince, sugar, and lemon juice are used to make the preserves in Piedmont. This flavor is wonderful on toast, but the pleasant hint of sour makes quince preserves perfect to match with mild cheeses or even as a condiment for cured meats.
