Vincotto originale with sweet, complex flavors distinguish this “vinegar,”  the cooked 'must' of the Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes. This very thick, aged syrup is sometimes called a 'vinegar' but has less bite and a sweet finish; no preservatives, added flavors or sugars are used to make it.  Vincotto is a favorite secret ingredient of chefs for desserts, or to drizzle over cheeses.
