Native to Siena this classic hand wrapped Tuscan confection was invented by Floriana Nanni. Handcrafted today by the bakers of the Nanni family, this wonderful cake is made with almonds, dried figs  and candied citron. Each piece is hand wrapped with wafer paper and dusted with confectioner's sugar.
