Succulent, fragrant roasted pork loin, called porchetta, is imported from Italy.  Porchetta, translated as little pig, has been popular since ancient Rome and even today is sold on the streets there. Porchetta is wonderful layered on rosemary focaccia with aged provolone. It's available sliced by the pound, or can be sent in a chunk if specified in the “Message" on checkout page. A perishable, porchetta may require 2nd day shipping, depending on distance.
