The all-natural vincotto is made by cooking the must of Negromaro and Malvasia grapes and infusing the result with lemons to produce a sweet, rich condiment with a  tangy finish and wonderful aroma is all natural with no added sugars or coloring. It’s wonderful on grilled peaches and nectarines, drizzled over sweetened ricotta cheese, mixed into yogurt, or with pork or chicken.
