Dried porcini mushrooms, with a pungent, earthy flavor are packed without preservatives, and have an earthy flavor and firm texture. The mushrooms must be reconstituted in hot water or broth,  and the resulting liquid can add depth and dimension  to dishes. The mushrooms  come in a 100 gram package: larger and smaller sizes may be available upon request.
